Refund & Replacement Policy - Mitro Desi Dhaba

We aim to provide the best quality food and service to our customers.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund or replacement will be considered only in the following cases:

  • - Wrong item delivered
  • - Missing item in the order
  • - Food quality issue reported within 30 minutes of delivery

Customer must provide photo or video proof for verification.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Since food items are perishable, returns are not accepted.
